Payment Plan Terms

  1. Payment Schedule: Registration fees will be divided into three equal installments. The first installment is due at the time of registration. The second and third installments will be automatically charged to the same payment method on the dates indicated at checkout.
  2. Payment Plan Fee: A one-time, non-refundable $49 Payment Plan Fee will be added to the total registration cost.
  3. Default & Failed Payments: You authorize CREATE to charge your payment method for all scheduled installments. If an installment fails, you will be notified and must update your payment method within 7 days. Accounts more than 14 days overdue may be cancelled and access to the event may be revoked without refund.
  4. Cancellation & Refunds: Cancellations, refunds, and substitutions follow the standard CREATE registration policies. The Payment Plan Fee is non-refundable. If a registration is cancelled, any outstanding balance remains the responsibility of the participant unless otherwise stated in the refund policy.
  5. Completed Payment Requirement: All payment plan registrations must be paid in full by August 18, 2026. Registrations not paid in full by this date may be cancelled without refund.
  6. Changes to Payment Method: You may update your payment method at any time by contacting CREATE Registration Support.

Payment Plan FAQ

Yes. A one-time, non-refundable $49 Payment Plan Fee is added to your total and divided equally across your three payments — you are not charged separately for it at checkout.
No. CREATE absorbs all Stripe credit card processing fees for payment plan registrations. The amounts shown are exactly what you pay — no surprises at checkout.
Payment #1 is charged at checkout. Payment #2 is charged 30 days later. Payment #3 is charged 30 days after that. You will receive email receipts for each charge automatically.
If a payment fails, you'll receive an email notification and have 7 days to update your payment method. Accounts more than 14 days overdue may have their registration cancelled without refund. We recommend keeping your card information current.
Yes. You can update your card information at any time. Instructions are included in your payment confirmation email, or contact CREATE Registration Support directly.
The last day to enroll in a payment plan is June 18, 2026. All installments must be paid in full by August 18, 2026 — at least 60 days before the conference begins.
You'll be added to Whova and granted full event access once your final payment has cleared. This ensures all registrants in the system are confirmed, fully paid attendees.
Payment plan registrations follow the same cancellation and refund policies as full-price registrations. The $49 Payment Plan Fee is non-refundable. If you cancel, any outstanding balance remains your responsibility unless otherwise stated in the cancellation policy.
